The "single" package consists of a digital video disc (DVD) containing video or photograghic images of you and the people and things relevant to your story. It has a protected photogragh of you and a DNA sample consisting of a lock of hair, a tooth or a blood sample any of which must be provided by you. You may also provide information relevant to your life story. Things you are proud of and that you would want future generations to know about such as your profession, how many children you produced, their names and your military service. Anything you want to tell. You may have this record sent to a pre-arranged party or permanently registered and stored in our vault.  You should make it noted in your will that your recorded date and means of death be sent to us to finalize your life record so it may be sealed and stored or delivered.

The price for this package is $800.  Duplicates are $400.
each.

The "single" package can be upgraded to a system that we use to combine your ashes with a durable light weight mortar mix to make a container for your life record. It can be formed into a felt lined box with a lid that opens to access your life record so that your DVD can be viewed any time by your descendants. Another option is to seal your life record into the mortar creating a time capsule. Your life record sealed for eternity or until it is rediscovered at some point in the future. It must be noted in your will that your remains are sent to us immediately after cremation.
The receiving parties mailing address must be provided.

The price with this upgrade is $1200. It is recommend that a duplicate record be used with this option.
